TDP General Secretary Accuses Jagan!

The flood situation in Andhra Pradesh continues to be grim and the rising water from the Godavari river has affected at least 75,000 people and as per reports thousands of people have been moved to relief camps. Amidst all this, TDP national general secretary Nara Lokesh has accused the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh YS Jaganmohan Reddy of neglecting the flood-hit people.
Nara alleged that Jagan left for Delhi to please the center on cancellation of Polavaram contract and left the flood-affected people in Godavari districts to their fate. He also alleged him of making personal tours in this grim situation and have not visited marooned areas even after coming back to the state.
Nara, on the other hand, visited several flood-ravaged villages in West Godavari district on Wednesday. He was accompanied by party legislators Ramanaidu and Dokka Manikya vara prasad. He visited villages of Achanta, Palkole and Narsapuram constituency, and interacted with flood victims.
He told media that in Chandrababu Naidu’s governance the entire state administration was always on high alert in such critical situations. He expressed shock that the current state government didn’t take the necessary steps to assess the flood situation and demanded to release atleast rice and kerosene to flood victims on an urgent basis.
He also accused Jagan of slow development in the state and neglecting the capital city Amravati.
