Tech Mahindra: Introducing K2! HR Humanoid
Tech Mahindra, a global leader in IT solutions, has unveiled the first Human Resource Humanoid on Monday. They call it K2 and it is deployed in Noida Special Economic Zone Campus. Earlier this month, their Hyderabad campus had the opportunity to meet HR humanoid. The company’s next destination is its Pune campus.
The Artificial Intelligence used in K2 is state-of-the-art, which means it is of the most recent stage and incorporates the newest ideas and features. One doesn’t need to wake K2 up to initiate a conversation. K2 is smart enough to handle routine HR transactions. It can provide assistance to the HR team in creating employee friendly experience.
It can address general HR queries and personal requests very well. It can also respond to queries with speech as well as text display. The company plans to further enable K2 with more engaging conversations and improved communication skills.
