Telangana Reports 2932 New Cases And 11 Deaths

Telangana reported as many as 2,932 new cases of coronavirus and 11 fatalities in Telangana in last 24 hours that takes the overall toll to 799 and the cumulative number of positive cases to 1,17,415.

1580 persons have recovered by Thursday, taking the overall recoveries in the State to 87,675 at a recovery rate of 74.6 percent while the countrywide recovery rate is at 76.33 percent.

Also, 61,863 Covid tests were done in the State so far while reports of another 771 samples were awaited. So far, 12,04,343 tests have been conducted in the State.

The Covid-19 cases reported from the districts included 25 from Adilabad, 89 from Bhadradri Kothagudem, 520 from areas under the GHMC, 113 from Jagtiyal, 38 from Jangaon, 13 from Jayashankar Bhupalpally, 46 from Jogulamba Gadwal, and other states.

Also, other cases were reported from 51 from Kamareddy, 168 from Karimnagar, 141 from Khammam, 15 from Kumaram Bheem Asifabad, 67 from Mahabubnagar, 76 from Mahabubabad, 110 from Mancherial, 24 from Medak, 218 from Medchal Malkajgiri, 18 from Mulugu, 42 from Nagarkurnool.
