The ACB extends Chandrababu's detention until October 5
Sunday, the ACB Court extended Chandrababu Naidu's detention until October 5. Previously, when TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu's two-day CID custody in the skill development case concluded on Sunday at 5:00 p.m., he was virtually exhibited before the ACB Court. The CID has requested an extension of Naidu's detention and remand. The ACB Court issued the above orders extending Naidu's detention until October 5
The ACB court judge informed Chandrababu that the arguments on his parole petition would be heard on Monday and stated that he was in judicial custody. The judge informed him that the case is still under investigation.
The judge also ordered the jail authorities to place Naidu in judicial custody, and it is probable that the court will hear the Andhra Pradesh Crime Investigation Department's petition for a custody extension. During his detention, CID agents questioned Chandrababu in the conference room of the Rajahmundry Central Jail. Chandrababu was reportedly questioned about irregularities at the skill development corporation.
