Bengaluru Rave Party: Actress Hema Issued Notice by Police
The Bengaluru City Crime Branch (CCB) police have issued a formal notice to actress Hema, summoning her to appear for questioning at 10 AM on Monday in connection with the recent rave party bust. This development follows a series of public denials and counterclaims from Hema regarding her involvement in the event.
Initially, Hema released a video asserting she was at her farmhouse and not at the rave party. However, the Bengaluru Police contradicted her claim by releasing a photograph showing her presence at the event. Subsequently, Hema posted another video, this time sharing a recipe and stating she was in Hyderabad. The police responded by releasing her blood test report, which confirmed the presence of drugs in her system.
The rave party, held under the guise of a birthday celebration titled "VASU’S BIRTHDAY: Sunset to Sunrise Victory," took place on May 19/20 and involved over 100 attendees. Of the 101 people tested for drugs, 86, including Hema, were found positive. The CCB is issuing notices to all individuals involved in the incident in phases. Hema has remained largely silent in the media since the revelations but has indicated she is confident in resolving the matter.
