30 Rojullo Preminchadam Ela Movie Review

30 Rojullo Preminchadam Ela starring Pradeep Machiraju and Amritha Aiyer in the lead roles. ‘Neeli Neeli Aakasam’ song from this movie's audio album turned out to be a sensational chartbuster and built positive buzz to the movie. Touted to be a romantic entertainer, this movie hit the theatres today and let us know the review of the film.
Cast: Pradeep Machiraju, Amritha Aiyer
Director: Munna Dhulipudi
Producer: Babu S.V
Music: Anup Rubens
Story
Back in 1947, as Pradeep and Amritha are neck-deep in love and they plan to get married, the former is killed in a physical brawl and Amritha commits suicide. The Couple is later reincarnated as Arjun and Akshara. However, they get off on the wrong note and quarrel about everything. Fate plays its part and both of them visit the place where they ended their lives in their last birth. Later, Arjun’s soul enters Amritha and vice versa and the rest of the plot deals with their journeys henceforth.
Performance
Lead actor, Pradeep is energetic as usual and delivers great performance, but his acting and screen presence is too similar to the way he presents himself in small screen as well. Female lead, Amritha Aiyer looks cute and fits the role perfectly. Her skin show will attract the youth and does an impressive job in traditional look as well. Posani Krishnamurali is very good in emotional scenes.
Technical Aspects
Anup Rubens is the main hero of the movie as his background score sets the tempo for most parts of the film and the song Neeli Neeli Aakasam song is one of the main reasons for the film to garner so much attention and he deserves the credit for the same. Sivendra’s cinematography is very good. The majority of the dialogues are similar to Jabardasth punch dialogues and many scenes in the movie conceived without any imagination. The director Munna picks the concept of reincarnation for his debut movie, but sadly for him, the movie lacks novelty. Poor establishment of the core story takes a toll on the narrative. A story like this needs a compelling screenplay and the film fails miserably in this aspect.
Positive Points
BGM
spoof scenes
Amritha Aiyer and Posani Krishnamurali’s Performance
Negative Points:
Unimpressive screenplay
Predictable story
Poor direction
Slow narration
Overall verdict: The film unit said this romantic entertainer will be as good as Neeli Neeli Aakasam song, but sadly, this song is the only good thing about the movie.
