A substantial fire has erupted in a firecracker store near Sun City in Hyderabad.

In the early hours of Saturday morning, a significant fire broke out in Rajendranagar. The fire originated in a fireworks store situated in Sun City, Rajendranagar, escalating the threat at 3 am. Fortunately, there have been no reported casualties so far. However, adjacent establishments, including a food court, a pan shop, and a tea stall, succumbed to the flames and are now completely destroyed.
The individuals responsible for the store had packed crackers and retired for the night until the fire erupted due to a short circuit at 3 o'clock. Fortunately, those present in the shop managed to escape upon awakening to the heat and smoke. The cracker shop itself was set up within a foil shed in a tent house godown, resulting in the complete destruction of the associated warehouse.
While there have been no reported casualties, the property damage is extensive, and firefighting crews are actively working to contain the blaze. Suspicions of foul play have arisen, suggesting a potential conspiracy behind the fire at the Rajendranagar crackers shop. Initial investigations indicate a possible act of arson, as captured in the CCTV footage. A suspicious individual was observed walking in front of the cracker shop shortly before the incident, igniting the fire within two minutes and swiftly fleeing the scene. The suspect was seen at 2:58 am, just moments before the outbreak of the fire.
