AP Women’s Commission’s Warning To Controversial Director

Recently, when BJP elected Draupadi Murmu as its presidential candidate, the renowned Tollywood movie maker Ram Gopal Varma made disgraceful comments on her on social media. One of his tweets reads, “If DRAUPADI is the PRESIDENT, who are PANDAVAS and more importantly, who are the KAURAVAS?”

Due to these unacceptable comments, AP Women’s Commission chairman Vasireddy Padma has doomed RGV for such rubbish comments. She said she was issuing a notice to him on the side of the Rashtra Mahila Commission and the notice demands that he has to give an interpretation.

Women’s commission chairman has also warned him to withdraw his comments, saying anti-women trafficking committees had been set up in all districts to eradicate the trafficking of women. A case has also been registered by some BJP leaders under the SC/ST Atrocities Act and is demanding severe retribution for him.

On social media, many are pouring scorn on RGV, commenting on him to control his tongue which always represents his bad way. Now, we have to wait and watch RGV’s reaction on the notice.
