Allu Arjun Calls Sukumar the Man Who Changed His Life in Emotional Birthday Note
Tollywood star Allu Arjun penned a deeply emotional birthday note for director Sukumar, crediting him for transforming both his career and life. As Sukumar celebrated his birthday, the actor took to social media to express heartfelt gratitude for their long and successful collaboration, particularly through the Pushpa franchise.
Calling the day “special” for himself, Allu Arjun wrote that Sukumar’s birth had changed his life forever. He described the filmmaker as irreplaceable and thanked him for being a constant source of inspiration. The Allu Arjun–Sukumar partnership dates back to Arya, Sukumar’s directorial debut, which established AA as a leading star. They reunited for Arya 2, earning critical acclaim, before achieving unprecedented success with Pushpa: The Rise in 2021. The sequel, Pushpa: The Rule, further elevated the franchise into a nationwide phenomenon.
Marking one year since the release of Pushpa 2 in December 2025, Allu Arjun thanked audiences across the country for their overwhelming support. He described the five-year Pushpa journey as unforgettable and acknowledged the dedication of the entire cast, crew, producers, and distributors.
