Amit Shah Replied ‘One Nation One language’ Criticism!

Union Home Minister and BJP leader Amit Shah’s “One Nation One Language” statement has raised criticism in the country. Many people, political leaders, actors, and even BJP party members from other states have opposed the statement given by him. Political leaders slammed him for forcing people deliberately to accept Hindi as a common language. “A common language is good for any country for its unity and progress but it doesn't work in India. If you impose Hindi, not just Tamil Nadu, no southern state will accept it, said Superstar Rajinikanth.

Popular actor Kamal Haasan too responded on the issue, saying, “No Shah, Sultan or Samrat can break the promise of 'Unity in Diversity' of Republic India”. Karnataka CM Yediyurappa said that his government won’t accept minimizing Kannada language and Kerala CM too responded in a similar way.

As criticism is going overboard, Amit Shah has responded finally on the issue. Amit Shah took to Twitter and said, “I never asked for imposing Hindi over other regional languages and had only requested for learning Hindi as the second language after one’s mother tongue. I myself come from a non-Hindi State of Gujarat. If some people want to do politics, it’s their choice.”

Speaking on National Hindi Day on September 14 in New Delhi, Amit Shah stressed the need for Hindi to be made the common language of the country. “It is necessary to have one language which could represent India in the world,” Amit Shah said. After this statement, the unexpected criticism was spread all over the country.

बच्चा तभी अच्छा पढ़ सकता है जब वो अपनी मातृभाषा में पढ़ेगा, मातृभाषा से मेरा मतलब हिंदी नहीं राज्य की भाषा से है।
