Rakshit Shetty and Shanvi Srivastava starrer, action entertainer, Athade Srimannarayana has hit the screens on 1st January on the eve of a new year. Let’s see the review of the film.

Story

A gang of thieves in Amaravati, lead by Rama Raju (Madhu Sudan), aims to steal a treasure. They kill anyone who has tried to do the same. But a drama company robs all the treasure and hides it. Rama Raju fails to know that secret place even after killing the drama company people.

After 15 years, Srimannarayana (Rakshit Shetty) must find the treasure due to a strange incident.

Performance:

This film scores high on performances. The lead, Rakshit Shetty’s body language has impressed the audience. He looks better in the role of a smart and witty cop. The two villains, Balaji Manohar and Pramod Shetty have given a good performance. Pramod, who is seen as a cunning politician, is fine. Shanvi Srivastava as a journalist delivers a good performance as she gets to play a de-glam role and adds different shades to this movie.

Technical Part:

Sachin, the director of the film, picked up a story of a treasure hunt and tried to impress the audiences differently. But the narration part is very slow, as the director takes his time to unravel things. The screenplay of the film is also wayward. Background music is the biggest plus point for the film. The songs of the film are more situational and go with the flow. The production values are top-notch.

Analysis:

This film took three years to make and this has been justified in each frame. Every minute detail of the film has been taken care of, like the guns, costumes for dacoits and cowboys, the fictional town, mammoth sets, the effort behind each of these is apparent on the screen.

Overall, the film is a technical brilliance.
