Big Insult to Rajinikanth’s ‘Peta’

This is really a disappointing moment for all Rajini fans. We all know that Rajinikanth’s Tamil movie ‘Petta’ is going to release in Telugu with a title ‘Peta’.

Rajini has a lot of crazes that no other hero has, but, his popularity didn’t work out in Tollywood.

Initially, producer C Kalyan wanted to acquire the movie rights to release in Telugu. But, after learning that the movie is going to be released on January 10^th, he had withdrawn his idea as there are many big Telugu movie releases for Sankranthi.

Later, the copyrights were owned by another producer Ashok Vallabhaneni for Rs.12 crores. This is a very low amount for Rajini’s movie but this producer felt it is even heavy amount for this movie as no much hype has been created to date.

Recently released Peta Trailer also didn’t get expected response from the people. The reason might be people already watching Tamil version of the trailer.

But it is strongly proved ‘Peta’ is no way competition to other big movies in Telugu releasing for this festival.
