Bollywood actress insults Tollywood Directors

“Tollywood directors won’t give enough importance to lead actresses of the movie,” Bollywood actress Amritha Rao said when asked about her career in Tollywood, in a Bollywood interview.

Amritha Rao has seen in only one Telugu movie ‘Athidi’ in which Prince Mahesh Babu is the male lead. After this, she doesn’t appear in any other Telugu movie.

When asked about this in an interview, she said that she doesn’t want to act in Telugu movies as Tollywood directors won’t give importance to the female actresses.

Amritha also said that she acted in Athidi because she has an equally important role to Mahesh in the movie.

She revealed that she has become close to Mahesh’s family during the shoot as Namrata used to send food for her.

Amritha currently has no offers in Bollywood and so she is acting in the roles which don’t suit her age. Recently, she was seen in the movie ‘Thackeray’ as the lead actress for which she gained good fame.
