Chandra Mohan, the Telugu actor, has sadly departed.

Renowned actor Chandra Mohan passed away today due to a cardiac arrest at Hyderabad Apollo Hospital, where he was undergoing treatment. At 82 years old, he is survived by his wife Jalandhara and two daughters. The funeral is scheduled to take place in Hyderabad on Monday.
Born Mallampally Chandrasekhar Rao on May 23, 1945, in Pamidimukkala, Krishna district, Chandra Mohan made significant contributions to the Telugu film industry. Throughout his career, he earned accolades, including one Filmfare Award South and two Nandi Awards. Notable performances in films like "Rangula Ratnam" (1966), "Padaharella Vayasu" (1978), and "Siri Siri Muvva" (1978) earned him critical acclaim.
Chandra Mohan expanded his career to Kollywood with his debut in "Naalai Namadhe" (1975). Some of his memorable roles include lead characters in films like "Seetamalakshmi," "Ram Robert Rahim," "Radha Kalyanam," "Rendu Rellu Aaru," and "Chandamama Raave."
