Common Man Files Case on Hrithik in Hyderabad

A person from KPHB, Hyderabad has filed a case on Cultfit fitness and wellness center and its brand ambassador Hrithik Roshan.

The person alleged that he joined the gym after watching Hrithik's promotions but he was not even allotted a slot for doing workouts even after paying 18,000 rupees fee.

The company's directors and Hrithik Roshan appealed in Hyderabad High Court to quash the case and the directors said that Hrithik has nothing do with it as he is just brand ambassador but didn’t have any business dealings or transactions with them.

So, they urged the court to not to take any action against Hrithik. Court asked the police to not take any action on the hero as the case was postponed for two weeks.
