Dev Mohan’s First Look Poster From 'Shaakuntalam' Is Out

First look of Dev Mohan as King Dushyant from the upcoming movie 'Shaakuntalam' has been released by the makers on Sunday. Helmed by Gunasekhar, Samantha will be seen playing the titular role in the upcoming mythological drama.

Samantha’s first look from the film was already released in February this year and impressed the fans and viewers. Based on a popular Indian play Shakuntala by Kalidasa, the movie has been produced by Neelima Guna under the banner of Gunaa Teamworks.

Taking to social media, Gunaa Teamworks, the organization that is producing the movie along with Dil Raju Productions, posted: ''Wishing our ever-charming, valiant and handsome King #Dushyant, @ActorDevMohan a very Happy Birthday!''

The movie, called by Gunasekhar as his dream project, has a host of top stars, including actors Mohan Babu, Ananya Nagalla, Aditi Balan, Prakash Raj, Gautami, Madhoo, Kabir Bedi, Kabir Duhan Singh and Allu Arha. The film has the best in business handling each of its departments, such as Mani Sharma is scoring the music, and the cinematography by Sekhar V. Joseph. Ashok Kumar is in charge of art, and Mani Ratnam's trusted editor Sreekar Prasad Prawin Pudi is taking care of editing.
