Dil Raju Collaborating With Sukumar After 18 Years
After a long gap of almost 18 years, the creative and talented director Sukumar is going to collaborate with noted bankroller Dil Raju for an upcoming movie.
18 years ago, they worked together for the movie, Arya. The duo did not work together after that due to many reasons. Now, after 18 years, once again they are collaborating for the upcoming movie, titled Selfish and it features Ashish Reddy in the lead role. Ashish Reddy is the nephew of Dil Raju.
The upcoming movie Selfish has been launched together in Annapurna Studios with a formal pooja ceremony and Dhanush attended the event as a chief guest and blessed the team of the film. Anil Ravipudi, Sriram Venu and Harish Shankar also attended the ceremony.
Directed by Vishal Kasi, a protege of Sukumar, the film is produced by Dil Raju and Sukumar under their home banners. Mickey J Meyer has been brought on the board to compose the tunes. The young actor Ashish Reddy made his debut with the youthful entertainer Rowdy Boys.
Though the film did not do well at the box office, the actor won the appreciation for his energetic performance and electrifying dances and now he is coming up with Selfish.
