Gargi Finalizes OTT Streaming Partner

Director Gautham Ramachandran’s Gargi starring Sai Pallavi is hitting the big screens today on 15th July 2022. The film Gargi follows the story of a daughter fighting with all her might to bring back her father, who is one of the accused in a gang rape case of 9 year old. Now as per the latest report, the movie Gargi has locked its OTT streaming partner. Sony LIV has grabbed the digital rights of the film Gargi. After a few weeks of theatrical run, the film will stream on the OTT platform.

Apart from Sai Pallavi, the film Gargi also features Kaali Venkat, Kalaimaamani Saravanan, RS Shivaji, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Jayaprakash and others in crucial roles. It is bankrolled by Ravichandran Ramachandran, Thomas George, Aishwarya Lekshmi, and Gautham Ramachandran whereas the movie has the music composed by Govind Vasantha.

The film, which is being regarded as the best Tamil movie of the year so far, focuses on a highly sensitive way sexual abuse. Sai Pallavi of Fidaa and Virata Parvam fame essayed the struggles of a middle class woman’s fight to save her father and family.
