Star Heroes will choose a non-veg diet to lose or gain weight as muscle strength is a must for them. Busting, all the myths, Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan is doing a vegetarian diet to lose 20 kilograms!
He is currently busy with his next project called Lal Singh Chaddha, which is a remake of 1994 Hollywood movie Forrest Gump.
Aamir is making sincere efforts to lose weight as the role of him in the film demands it. The whole diet regime will be guided by a popular nutritional biochemist Dr Nikhil Dhurandhar.
He already lost 3.5kg so far. Aamir took the nutritional training under the same nutritionist even for Dangal.
The vegetarian diet consists of daal, veggies, roti and protein supplements.
