JR NTR Rejected, Vijay Devarakonda Accepted!
Talented Actor Vijay Devarakonda’s recent film ‘Dear Comrade’ has remained as a commercial flop. Though the talk of the film was good, it has failed to collect well at the box office. On the other side, Puri Jagannadh’s film ‘Ismart Shankar’ which was released at the same time became a super hit. Later, Puri Jagannadh approached Vijay with a script and this happening hero has accepted the offer immediately. The film is said to be titled ‘Fighter’ and Vijay will be seen as the MMA fighter in it.
But, the latest sources have revealed an interesting thing! Puri initially met JR NTR and explained the script but NTR didn’t like it and rejected immediately and then he approached Vijay. When NTR didn’t like the script, how come Vijay accepted the offer is the real question! There is no rule that one shouldn’t accept the offer rejected by other actors but it is doubted that Vijay Devarakonda has accepted this movie just because his recent film became a flop while Puri’s film has become a hit.
However, there were also Tollywood heroes who felt bad for rejecting the offers as those films became big hits. We have to wait and see how the film turns out to be. Puri is trying to rope in Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor for the film. On the other side, Vijay is currently working on his next film ‘Hero’ in which Malavika Mohanan is playing the female lead. This film is said to be a romantic entertainer and is being produced by Mythri Movie Makers.
