KGF: Chapter 2 gets Vada Chennai Actor After Sanjay Dutt!

The sequel of blockbuster hit KGF Chapter 1, is being made and the shooting has already started in March this year. The shooting is going on at a fast pace. Directed by Prashanth Neel, the movie features Yash and Srinidhy Shetty in the lead roles. A few days back it was revealed that the role of villain ‘Adheera’ will be played on Sanjay Dutt.

Now, the latest addition to the film star-cast is Saran Sakthi. The actor is known for his role in Vada Chennai, as Aishwarya Rajesh’s brother. The movie was directed by Vetrimaaran. Saran’s role in movies like Kadal, Rummy and Saga was appreciated and liked by audiences.

Saran took to his social media account to share the news of him being part of KGF: Chapter 2. He said, “Salaaam to all the rocky Bhai fans out there.so so happy to be working in #kgfchapter2 with this super amazing team and especially the super cool friendly director @prashanth_neel sir. Thank you so much for having me".

It is expected that the shooting of the film will be completed by January 2020. The film will be released in summer next year. KGF: Chapter 1 created a lot of buzz when it was released last year. The movie grabbed two National Awards for visual effects and action choreography in the 66th National film awards.
