Kannada Actor In Mega Prince Film?

Kannada actor Upendra, who has acted in many Tollywood films, is likely to play a crucial role in Mega prince Varun Tej’s Boxer. Upendra was last seen in the movie, S/o Sathyamurthy, in Tollywood. As per the sources close to the film unit, the makers have approached Upendra for a role in the movie. But he is yet to give his nod for the film.

Moreover, the film Boxer will be a sports drama helmed by Kiran Korrapati and will be on the life of a boxer, played by Varun Tej. Hollywood stunt master Larnell Stovall of Captain America and Kick Boxer fame will be choreographing the stunts for this film.

As per the sources, Varun Tej has spent almost two months intensely training for boxing in the USA and this movie is going to be his first sports entertainer

The movie is the maiden production venture of Sidhu Mudda and Allu Venkatesh, under the banner of Renaissance Pictures. The technical crew of this project includes Thaman S for music and George C Williams for cinematography.
