Krack Budget Goes High Than Expected

Due to extended shooting span, the budget of Ravi Teja’s upcoming film, Krack has exceeded than expected earlier and that is leaving the producers and makers involved worried. Initially, the makers of the film, Krack planned a budget of Rs 25 crores. But the onset of Covid-19 pandemic led to a lengthy delay in the shooting and interest amount kept going high all the while.
Now, a total amount of Rs 35 crores were spent on the film, Krack which put the makers in a difficult situation. Ravi Teja’s previous two movies, Amar Akbar Anthony, and Disco Raja were done on a high budget and they ended up as massive duds at the box office and failed to collect enough money and could not even recover a part of the investment.
Now, the film Krack will be releasing with new theatrical logistics in place and it needs to do work out well at the box office if it is to recover its investment and gain profits to those involved.
Tagore Madhu, who is bankrolling the film, is planning to release the film in this Sankranthi and the release date might be announced soon. The shooting of the film will be completed with the ongoing Goa schedule and the post-production process and promotions are expected to start accordingly.
