Legal Woes Mount for Bandla Ganesh: 'Kabja' Case Filed by Nowhera Shaik

The troubles for producer-turned-politician Bandla Ganesh seem far from over as he finds himself embroiled in yet another legal battle. Following his recent one-year jail sentence in a cheque bounce case, Ganesh now faces allegations of encroachment in a case filed by Nowhera Shaik, chairperson of the Heera Group.
Shaik has accused Ganesh of attempting to unlawfully seize her property located in Film Nagar. According to her claims, Ganesh rented the first floor of a house in Film Nagar Site-2 from her on June 5, 2021, under an 11-month rental agreement. However, upon the expiration of the rental agreement, Ganesh allegedly failed to vacate the premises.
The situation escalated when Shaik discovered that the Enforcement Directorate had attached the property in question. Alleging that Ganesh was attempting to take over the entire house and subjecting her to harassment, Shaik took legal action against him by filing a 'kabja' (encroachment) case.
As the case unfolds, further investigation is imminent, promising to unveil more details surrounding the dispute. The development adds to Ganesh's legal woes, marking another chapter in his ongoing legal battles. Stay tuned for updates as the investigation progresses and more information comes to light regarding the allegations against Bandla Ganesh.
