Liger Pre-Release Event

The pre-release event of the upcoming movie, Liger, helmed by Puri Jagannath, took place in Gunturm and the event saw a huge crowd, all of whom were mad and euphoric when they saw the actor and the makers of Liger on the stage.

The movie is all set to be released on August 25th across India, and marks Vijay’s first pan-Indian movie. The movie is co-bankrolled by Bollywood star producer Karan Johar, and features Ananya Panday as the leading actress of the movie.

Addressing the crowd at the event, Puri said that the movie has been made with a lot of love, so much so that irrespective of what the outcome of this movie is going to be, they have already begun and completed shooting for one schedule of the film, Jana Gana Mana.

He also said that the fans and audience will have a great time watching the movie, and will enjoy Mike Tyson’s scenes. He asked the people of Guntur to make sure that they watch the movie in theatres on August 25th without fail. The actress Ananya Panday said that she’s excited to be a part of the movie, that it was a pleasure working with the team of the film, Liger, and that she couldn’t have asked for a better team to make her Tollywood debut.

When VD took the stage to share his thoughts on the movie, the crowd was absolutely ecstatic and Midway through his speech, a female fan of Vijay’s even came on to the stage, causing a frenzy.

He said that the audience would definitely love the movie , and he has waited three years for this day. He said that they faced a lot of difficulties while shooting the movie, but that they ultimately came over all of them, and today can’t wait for the movie to release already. Vijay said that he hopes everyone goes to the theatres and watches the movie, making it a grand success.
