Mahesh Babu about his film, Major

Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu’s production venture Major starring Adivi Sesh, was released yesterday and won the hearts of the audiences and movie lovers. He is very happy with the response, the film is getting.

Mahesh Babu took to his social media and thanks to everyone, as he wrote: Thank you for the overwhelming response to #MajorTheFilm. Really proud of my entire team! We made an honest film and India has embraced it. This is just the beginning and #Major will only get bigger. A must watch for every Indian!

Major, which is the biopic of Major Sandeep, is bankrolled by Mahesh Babu with Sony Pictures. Earlier during a media interaction, before the release of the film, Mahesh Babu shared his thoughts on the whole idea of test screenings by saying that It’s an amazing concept and he doesn’t do it for his movies but Adivi Sesh has been doing it, and had multiple screenings for Major over the last few months. When he watched the film recently, he discussed what he felt and Adivi Sesh told him how it was in sync with what happened in some of the focus group screenings.

On the otherside, Mahesh Babu is basking in the glory of his recently released film Sarkaru Vaari Patta.
