Mohanlal and Mammootty Reunite for a Star-Studded Film

Malayalam cinema legends Mohanlal and Mammootty are set to reunite on the big screen after 16 years in a multi-starrer directed by Mahesh Narayanan. The highly anticipated film commenced production in Sri Lanka, with Mohanlal lighting the ceremonial lamp at the inaugural event.

The film boasts an impressive ensemble cast, including Fahadh Faasil, Kunchacko Boban, and Nayanthara, alongside veterans like Ranji Panicker and Revathi. Co-producer Subhash George Manuel performed the ceremonial switch-on, and the first clap was given by C.R. Salim.

Produced by Anto Joseph with co-producers Subhash George Manuel and C.R. Salim, the movie is scripted by Mahesh Narayanan and features cinematography by Manush Nandan. Filming will span 150 days across stunning locations in Sri Lanka, London, Abu Dhabi, and Kochi. With production design by Joseph Nellickal, the film promises to be a visual treat.

Set to be distributed by ANN Mega Media, this project is one of the most anticipated collaborations in recent years, marking a historic reunion of two of Malayalam cinema’s greatest icons.
