Nani Strong Reply to ‘Jersey’ Haters!

Natural Star Nani who is currently busy with his upcoming movie ‘Gang Leader’ promotions, has spoken now on the issue of underperformance of his recent film ‘Jersey’. Though Jersey became a super hit, a section of traders said that the film is underperformed which made everyone shocked! People loved the film for its passion, father and son relationship and other elements. It has also collected good amounts at the box office. But, it is not understood where do all the rumors came from. Now, finally, Nani has spoken on these rumors and questioned how one can call ‘Jersey’ underperformed.

“The film was made with Rs 30 crores and has collected Rs 48 crores worldwide without any Telugu regular commercial elements. Producers earned money with remake rights, digital rights and satellite rights as well. If you are still asking me if it underperformed, what more shall I say?" Nani asked. The film has collected much more than the other films releasing currently. It is a big question that on what basis, trade analysts are confirming that Jersey is an underperformed film!

On the other side, Nani’s Gang Leader is going to be released on September 13^th. Priyanka Arul Mohan is acting as the female lead in the film while Lakshmi, Saranya, Aneesh Kuruvilla, Priyadarshi, Raghubabu, Vennela Kishore, Jaija, Pranya and Sathya are playing important roles. RX 100 hero Karthikeya is going to be seen as a villain in the movie. Directed by Vikram Kumar, the movie is being produced by Mythri Movie Makers. Anirudh Ravichander is composing music. The promotional song which was released recently has grabbed the eyeballs of the viewers!
