Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha Welcome Baby Boy, Embrace Parenthood with Joy
Actor Parineeti Chopra and her husband, Aam Aadmi Party leader Raghav Chadha, have welcomed their first child—a baby boy. The couple announced the joyous news on Sunday through a heartwarming joint post on Instagram, expressing overwhelming happiness as they entered a new chapter in their lives.
In the post, they wrote, “He’s finally here our baby boy. And we literally can’t remember life before. Arms full, our hearts fuller. First we had each other, now we have everything… with gratitude, Parineeti and Raghav.” The announcement quickly went viral, with fans and celebrities flooding the comments section with love and blessings. Huma Qureshi and Ananya Panday dropped heart emojis, while Kriti Sanon congratulated the couple warmly.
Parineeti and Raghav had revealed their pregnancy in August through a creative Instagram post. The first image featured a cake with “1 + 1 = 3” written on it, along with golden baby footprints. They also shared a touching video of themselves walking hand-in-hand in a serene garden with the caption, “Our little universe … on its way. Blessed beyond measure.”
Interestingly, Parineeti had spoken about motherhood in a 2013 interview with Filmfare, expressing her desire for a big family and her openness to adoption. “I’d love to adopt a child. I want to have lots of children,” she said back then—making her journey to motherhood even more special.
The couple tied the knot in September 2023 at The Leela Palace in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Their wedding was a grand and elegant celebration attended by family, close friends, Bollywood celebrities, and political dignitaries.
