Pawan Kalyan’s ‘Hari Hara Veera Mallu’ Lights Up AP Bhavan in Delhi

Actor-politician Pawan Kalyan’s much-awaited historical film Hari Hara Veera Mallu brought vibrant scenes to New Delhi over the weekend, as Telugu audiences flocked to special screenings at the Andhra Pradesh Bhavan. With houseful shows on both July 27 and 28, the venue turned into a cultural hotspot.
The screenings were arranged exclusively for the Telugu community in Delhi, transforming the Dr. B R Ambedkar Auditorium into a cinema hall. Saturday’s show drew thunderous applause and standing ovations during major action scenes, creating a festive atmosphere.
Officials at AP Bhavan said the event aimed to bring the Telugu diaspora together and celebrate the grandeur of Telugu cinema. Attendees described the experience as nostalgic and emotionally resonant. "It felt like a festival of our roots," said one delighted viewer.
Directed by Krish and AM Jyothi Krishna and produced by AM Rathnam, the film stars Pawan Kalyan, Nidhhi Agerwal, and Bobby Deol, with music composed by MM Keeravani. Set in the Mughal era, the film blends historical drama with powerful performances and visually rich storytelling.
The success of the screenings highlights the growing popularity of regional films beyond their home states and underscores the star power of Pawan Kalyan, both in politics and cinema.
