Pic Talk: Sridevi's Madame Tussauds wax statue Unveiled

Boney Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor have unveiled the wax statue of Sridevi today at Madame Tussauds Singapore. To unveil the statue, Sridevi’s family had arrived in Singapore earlier this week. Boney Kapoor had teased with the pics of a wax statue on social media recently. The wax statue is a replica of Sridevi's look from the ‘Mr India’ song Hawa Hawai. The wax statue looked very beautiful and Sridevi fans are stunned seeing it! Every detail of the statue is true and looked real. Even Boney Kapoor is standing behind the statue in disbelief for its originality.

"As a tribute to Bollywood icon, we are pleased to announce that we will be launching her wax figure in early September this year! Her figure is one of its kind in the world, and it's an exclusive addition to Madame Tussauds Singapore," they tweeted. "I am touched that Madame Tussauds is honoring my wife, Sridevi Kapoor, and her work by having her figure immortalized," Boney said.

Madame Tussauds has also collected messages from fans around the world and pinned it to the tribute wall at the launch of the statue. “As a tribute to the acting legend, we will be collecting messages from all of you to be displayed on the tribute wall during the launch! Leave your tribute messages on our Facebook page!” Madame Tussauds Singapore tweeted. Sridevi has lastly appeared in a Hindi film ‘Zero’ in which she made a cameo appearance.
