Maharashtra legislator Satyajeet Tambe has called on the Mumbai Police to take action against Poonam Pandey for disseminating fake news about her death.
The All India Cine Workers Association (AICWA) has also demanded the filing of an FIR against Poonam, stating that her actions have hurt the sentiments of the public. AICWA emphasizes that Poonam Pandey's misleading act has affected all Indians who mourned her supposed demise. The association insists on strict action to deter the circulation of such false news in the future.
