Prabhas to Take a Break from Films

Saaho is one of the most awaited films in recent times. Post Baahubali, this is the only film that has created such a buzz in the media and general audience. Produced by UV Creations and directed by Sujeeth, this film was released in over 9000 screens worldwide.
Despite the huge hype going around the film before its release, the film got mixed reviews from critics and even fans. According to India Today critic, Lakshana Palat, Saaho is a classic example of how empty vessels make the maximum noise. It's a stunning - but absolutely soulless and exhausting - visual spectacle with endless action sequences and numerous twists and turns that just make you roll your eyes to the back of your head. Prabhas also shared a poster which confirms that the film has grossed over Rs 350 crore worldwide and still counting. Saaho becomes the third consecutive Rs 300 crore grosser for Prabhas after Baahubali 1 and Baahubali 2. Saaho was made on a budget of close to Rs 350 crore. In order to break even, the film needs to collect at least Rs 600 crore.
Now as per various reports, Prabhas who dedicated two years of his life for may soon be taking a much-needed break from films for some time. Post break, the actor will have a complete makeover for the character in his next film which will be helmed by director Radha Krishna Kumar. The Tollywood star has been flooded with scripts from South as well as from Hindi film industry, but he is no hurry to sign multiple projects, as he believes in signing one film at a time.
