Prabhas’s Land Case Still has no Solution
Last year, Revenue Officials seized Young Rebel Star Prabhas' house after Serlimgapally Tahsildar Vasuchandra gave instructions to remove all the illegal constructions in the 84 acres 30 gunta land in Survey No 46.
Mala Ramulu and Neerudu Lakshmaiah approached the court claiming that the land belongs to the private persons and then Tahsildar has passed the order.
Prabhas approached High Court over the order claiming that the officials acted in an illegal manner.
A bench of Justice V Ramasubramanian and Justice P Keshava Rao found fault with the revenue officials for the forcible dispossession of Prabhas from his 2083 square yards of land at Raidurg, near Hi-Tech city.
The Court ordered the state government to consider the application of Prabhas for the regularization of the land within 8 weeks.
However, the Court has refused to give any relief to Prabhas and refused to restore the land as it falls under the CS-7 litigation zone.
But the bench allowed Prabhas to file a civil suit seeking title over it in view of the long possession and purchase etc.
