Puri Jagannadh Financial Support to Directors!

It is known that Puri Jagannadh and Charmme’s film ‘Ismart Shankar’ has become a big hit and fetched stunning profits. Today, on the occasion of Puri Jagannadh’s birthday, Puri’s team has conducted the event ‘Helping Hand’ with which Puri and Charmme through ‘Puri Connects’ are giving financial support to the directors and co-directors who are in need. They have given Rs 50,000 each to 30 directors who are badly in need of financial help. When the media asked Charmme how did she and Puri got the idea of helping the directors, she revealed heart-touching words said by Puri.

“Puri said that director Dasari treated him as his successor,” Charmme revealed. “While speaking about this, Puri became emotional and questioned himself what are we doing, except making films and getting hits,” Charmme added. And then they thought of helping directors who are in need. Charmme also revealed that they didn’t even have Rs 50,000 before the release of Ismart Shakar and with the film’s success, they are now able to help 30 directors by giving Rs 50,000 each!

Charmme explained that Puri is a person with a lot of confidence. “We don’t have money now and we are in financial crisis. We have to take care of our health carefully. I will take care of direction and you should work on production,” said Puri to Charmme before the release of Ismart Shankar. Charmme also thanked Ram Pothineni for trusting them.
