RGV To Sue GHMC

The brutal killing of a 4 year old kid in Amberpet has sparked a huge uproar.

Now, RGV aka Ram Gopal Varma has met with the family of the deceased 4 year old kid and he has announced that they are suing the GHMC under “state murder” case.

“Here is the family of 4 year pradeep who was killed by the dogs and the only thing good in this entire thing is that this broad daylight murder brought the issue of dog menace to the centre stage “ he tweeted.

“Extremely Thrilled to inform that Mr.Srinivas Kaveti, Juris Doctorate, LL.M., International Lawyer has taken up this case of the DOG KILLING and is going to fight for the deserved Justice #JustifyPradeep” he added.

“Mr.Srinivas Kaveti is going to sue GHMC, State of Telangana Police & Govt for omission of statutory duty, criminal negligence, vicarious liability and violation of constitutional right to life, under Article 21 of a 4 yr child constituting to STATE MURDER”.

State Murder is a very serious allegation to make and yhe director RGV is fighting the same now.
