Raghava Lawrence Trolled For Criticizing Kamal Haasan

Raghava Lawrence is a self-proclaimed fan of Rajinikanth. He found himself in trouble when recently he spoke about Kamal Haasan's posters when he was a child. At the audio launch of Darbar film, which took place at Nehru Stadium in Chennai on December 7, Lawrence gave an intense speech.
Speaking at the event of Rajinikanth's Darbar, he said that he had vandalized Kamal Haasan's posters by throwing cow dung, in childhood. "Back then, everything was different and now, when I see Kamal Haasan sir and Rajinikanth being close friends, walking hand-in-hand, I realize that something else is bound to happen."
Though Lawrence had showered praises on Rajinikanth and his movie team, many including Kamal Haasan's fans trolled him for his comment against the Vishwaroopam actor. He was at the receiving end of a lot of trolling and hate messages after his speech.
To put an end to this miscommunication, Raghava took to Twitter about this issue and stated that he was a child when he vandalized Kamal's posters and now, after growing up he has a lot of respect for the fabulous actor.
He mentioned in the statement as, "After my speech at darbar audio launch event I saw few posts only highlighting that I threw cow dung on Kamal sir's poster, I request all to see the whole video, I have spoken that when I was a child as being a huge Thalaivar fan I did not do such thing against Kamal sir knowingly. Also added saying that when I see them, walking hand in hand today I feel thrilled."
"I have huge respect for the legend actor Kamal sir. whenever I feel I have spoken something wrong, I will apologize to anyone but in this case, I have said nothing wrong. You will know if you watch the whole video properly. Few people are planning to twist this matter. I know how much respect I have towards Kamal sir by heart. I think it's unnecessary to prove or to explain it to anyone."
On the work front, the actor and the director are busy with his maiden Bollywood directorial venture Laxmmi Bomb starring Akshay Kumar. This movie is the official Hindi remake of the actor's superhit horror-comedy Kanchana.
