Ram Charan's Strict Diet Plan For VVR Revealed by Upasana
Vinaya Vidheya Rama’s promotional posters and also the theatrical trailer have showcased Ram Charan in an exceedingly husky body. Now, Charan’s wife Upasana revealed the meticulous diet plan behind the toned body. He was trained by popular celebrity trainer Rakesh Udiyara.
For this, Ram Charan had followed a strict diet and also the plan was shared by his wife, Upasana in her official Instagram handle.
It is primarily a 3 weeks diet plan however depending on the personality and workout, it may be stretched to 45 days.
Every morning, at 8 am, Charan used to have three egg whites, a pair of full eggs and 3/4 cups of oats with almond milk. And at 11:30 am, Charan would have one large cup of clear vegetable soup.
At 1:30 PM, 200 grams of chicken breast, ¾ cup of brown rice and ½ cup of green vegetable curry. 250 grams of grilled fish, 200 grams of sweet potato and ½ cup green vegetables at 4 PM whereas the last meal would at 6 PM and it consists of large mixed green salad, ¼ avocado and a bowl of nuts.
Charan was asked to strictly avoid coffee, dairy products, red meat, wheat, and sugar fruits. Lentils, tofu, fish, baked, boiled or cooked chicken was part of Charan’s protein intake, and for carbohydrates, it had been oats, brown rice, and sweet potatoes. Steamed Broccoli, asparagus and green beans were part of the vegetables.
