Ready 2 on Cards!
The humor and fun created by the film ‘Ready’ which was released in 2008 won’t be forgotten easily! The comedy of Brahmanandam, cute love story and romance between Ram and Genelia, the fun made by master Bharath and there are too many elements to name which are the reasons for the success of Ready. And now, here is the good news for Ram fans! The sequel of Ready is on cards and getting ready to entertain you next year or so!
The news was confirmed by Genelia’s husband Rithesh Deshmukh. He has shared a pic in which he was seen with his wife Genelia and Ram Pothineni. He wrote, “#ISmart @riteishd with #ISmartShankar @ram_pothineni & the very smart @geneliad - thank you Ram for making this evening special. #HappyBirthdayGenelia.” Listening the news, people are feeling excited.
Ram and Genelia are seen smiling while Rithesh has given a stylish and different expression. Later, the pic featuring Ram and Genelia was also shared by him. So, it is confirmed that the lead pair would be the same. However, a few actors may change as the original film has made long ago. Master Bharath has changed a lot and he wouldn’t be suitable for the same role now. Also, it is not revealed that Ready 2 is a sequel or it will have a new story like Nagarjuna’s Manmadhudu 2.
The original film Ready was written by Kona Venkat and directed by Srinu Vaitla. Sravanthi Ravi Kishore produced the film under Sri Sravanthi Movies. This film had Devi Sri Prasad as music director, Prasad Murella as cinematographer and M.R. Varma as editor. Ready was made with a budget of 8 Cr and collected huge at the box office. However, this sequel film definitely needs more budget. More details about the sequel would be out soon.
