SP Balasubrahmanyam Upset with PM Modi!

After the pics featuring Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Kangana Ranaut, Ekta Kapoor among others from PM Narendra Modi’s 'Change Within Meet' event went viral, actor Ram Charan’s wife Upasana expressed her disappointment over how Modi ignored South actors without inviting them to the event. However, PM Modi later invited Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan to the meet. And now, popular singer SP Balasubrahmanyam expressed that he was upset over certain things.

SP Balu has appeared at the event but the security personnel has took his phone and given him the token. The same rule was applied to many. But, after Balu seeing the actresses taking selfies with Modi, he was disappointed. “I am grateful to Ramoji Raoji (Eenadu), because of whom I was able to attend a reception hosted by our Hon. Prime Minister at his home on the 29th of Oct. Upon entering the premises, we were asked to leave our cellphones with the security personnel and were given tokens for the same. But I was bewildered at the STARS taking selfies with the PM on that day. THINGS THAT MAKE YOU GO HMMM?????” Balu wrote on Facebook.

"With all due respects to all those who met our H’ble PM @narendramodi ji last eve on behalf of Indian cinema, would like to remind @PMOIndia that Hindi films alone do not represent or contribute to the economy of this country. South Indian cinema is the largest contributor.. cont,” actress Khushboo wrote earlier.
