SS Rajamouli Misses Working Prabhas

Ace Telugu director SS Rajamouli devoted 5 years of his life to the legendary Baahubali series. During this special journey, Rajamouli got extremely close to Prabhas in particular. Today, the director and the superstar share an unbreakable bond. The director had not only come forward to promote Prabhas’s Saaho but had also reportedly suggested the makers to trim the movie to make it tauter. It proves that their relationship continued even after the release of Baahubali 2: The Conclusion (2017).

Rajamouli is currently working on RRR featuring Jr NTR and Ram Charan in the lead roles. Does he miss working with Prabhas or intend to work with him again, he was asked in a recent interview.

The director told the source, “No. Working for 5 years together, I think we have seen each other enough. Jokes apart, yes when we have a subject exciting for both of us, we will definitely come together again.”

Well, there is a long time left before we see the director-actor duo creating magic on the big screen all over again. After all, Rajamouli takes his own sweet time to make his movies. Also, his flicks are mounted on such a huge scale that pulling them off in a few months’ time is nearly impossible.

Rajamouli added that currently, he is focusing on the upcoming project RRR, which also has Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn in the supporting roles. RRR is being financed by DVV Danayya under the banner of DVV Entertainment on a budget of Rs 400 cr. Penned by Rajamouli’s father V Vijayendra Prasad, is slated to hit the screens on January 8 next year.
