Sai Durgha Tej Shines at Filmfare South 2025, Wins ‘Most Desirable Male’ Award

The first-ever Eugenix Filmfare Glamour & Style Awards South 2025 lit up Hyderabad’s Park Hyatt with glitz, glamour, and star power. Actor Sai Durgha Tej emerged as the highlight of the night, bagging the prestigious “Most Desirable Male” award. Presented by music director Devi Sri Prasad, the moment turned emotional when Tej called his parents, Vijaya Durga and Dr. Siva Prasad, on stage to receive the honour. He dedicated it to his mother, crediting her unwavering support during his recovery from a severe accident. “When I thought everything was lost, my mother gave me courage to return to life,” he said.
On the red carpet, Tej shared his three golden style rules: wear what’s comfortable, feel relaxed, and stay happy. He cited Ram Charan and Pawan Kalyan as his style icons, with Ram Charan’s look in Orange being his all-time favourite.
Tej’s upcoming film Sambarala Yeti Gattu (SYG), directed by Rohith KP and co-starring Aishwarya Lekshmi, is set to release later this year and is expected to be an action-packed entertainer.
The event was a star-studded affair with appearances by Nani, Adivi Sesh, Sudheer Babu, Sundeep Kishan, Malavika Mohanan, Teja Sajja, Anil Ravipudi, Naga Vamsi, Pragya Jaiswal, Raashii Khanna, Manchu Lakshmi, Bhagyashri Borse, Aditi Rao Hydari, Siddharth, Chinmayi Sripaada, and Devi Sri Prasad. With its glamorous atmosphere, heartfelt speeches, and high-profile attendees, the night marked a grand beginning for the Filmfare Glamour & Style Awards South, setting the stage for it to become a major annual celebration in the Southern film industry.
