Renowned Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt, a familiar face not only in B Town but also in the South Indian film industry, recently expressed his excitement about attending the inauguration of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. The actor plans to visit Ayodhya on January 22, marking the auspicious occasion with enthusiasm.
In a media interaction, Sanjay Dutt shared his thoughts, stating, "It is a good thing that the Pran Pratistha is taking place in Ayodhya. I will go there." The actor's eagerness reflects the cultural and spiritual significance of the event, showcasing his commitment to being part of this historic moment.
Sanjay Dutt, adorned in traditional attire, was previously in Gaya for the 'Pind Daan' ceremony dedicated to his late father Sunil Dutt and mother Nargis Dutt. During his visit, he performed a Puja at the Moksha Dham Vishnupad temple, situated along the Falgu river.
While the actor embraces the spiritual journey to Ayodhya, it's worth noting that all four prominent Shankaracharyas, religious heads of major Hindu shrines, have declared their decision not to attend the Ram Mandir consecration ceremony on January 22.
In the Telugu film industry (Tollywood), Sanjay Dutt is set to play a villainous role in the upcoming Ram Pothineni starrer, 'Double Ismart.'
The event holds immense significance, with invitations extended to a plethora of celebrities including Alia Bhatt, Ayushmann Khurrana, Ranbir Kapoor, Randeep Hooda, Ajay Devgn, and many others. Notably, stalwarts like Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, Sunny Deol, Amitabh Bachchan, Chiranjeevi, and prominent industrialists such as Mukesh Ambani, Ratan Tata, Anil Ambani, and Gautam Adani have also received invitations, adding to the grandeur of the ceremony.
