Telugu Director Supports Sanitation Workers

Some people in India get very less pay for their work. We have plenty of software engineers, police, doctors, and lawyers who get good income. But, sanitation workers who work hard are not getting enough money and respect too. Needless to say that many people can’t do the sanitation work at own homes, but when it comes to paying those workers, they hesitate to pay deserved bucks.
Telugu director Mahi V. Raghav raised the issue and said that sanitary workers should be respected as much as any other employee and must be given deserved pay. He also said that there are more deaths in sanitation workers. “In India, a sanitation worker dies every 5 days. Why can’t a sanitation worker be paid as much as a soldier, teacher, police or a health care worker... they truly deserve more money and respect,” the director tweeted.
Tweeting this, Raghav tagged PM Narendra Modi, KTR, and YS Jagan. While the Coronavirus threw people in crisis, these sanitation workers might be suffering even more and the government should take action as soon as possible to support them.
Speaking about Mahi V. Raghav, he started his career as a producer with the film Villagelo Vinayakudu. This film has become a decent hit with a good theme. And then he produced ‘Kudirithe Kappu Coffee’ which remained as a flop. Later, he started directing films. He directed Paathashala, Anando Brahma, and Yatra movies.
