Samantha has celebrated her birthday yesterday with her husband. Many celebs and her well-wishers poured in wishes on social media. But the biggest surprise she got is from ‘The Family Man’ team. The Family Man web series has become quite popular all over India. Season 2 is also getting ready to entertain the fans soon.

The most interesting thing is that Samantha is playing a key role in The Family Man season 2. Yesterday, on the occasion of her birthday, the entire cast of The Family Man 2 has wished Sam on a video call. Samantha shared a screenshot of the video call on Instagram. We can see Samantha overwhelmed with the surprise.

Speaking about Sam’s role in season 2, she will be seen in a role that she never played before. When asked about her sudden decision on digital debut, Sam said that the digital house is booming and she knew that she have to debut right now. Sam also said that she is quite happy to be a part of The Family Man 2 as the beloved actors of India are a part of it.

Samantha is also going to be seen in a Tamil film Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal which is being directed by Vignesh Shivan. Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi are playing lead roles. The shoot of the film will begin after the lockdown.
