This OTT Grabbed Virata Parvam Rights

Based on a 1990s Naxal backdrop, the film Virata Parvam has been rushing into the minds and hearts of the audience since its theatrical release and the film has hit the theatres on the 17th of this month, following its fast-paced promotions.

The director Venu Udugula has also included a love story between the leads Rana and Sai Pallavi. As per the close sources, the movie’s post theatrical rights were grabbed by the most popular and expensive OTT platform Netflix. But it is not going to premiere now soon, despite a lot of films that are entering on streaming platforms within 4 weeks from their theatrical release.

The makers opine that Virata Parvam is a unique feature movie and people should experience their witness in the theatres. However, based on the survival of the film in the theatres, the makers of the film will announce the movie’s OTT streaming date in the coming days.

In the movie, Rana plays the role of Comrade Ravanna, and Sai Pallavi is seen as Vennela, the love of Ravanna. Sudhakar Cherukuri and Suresh Babu jointly produced it and Suresh Bobbili is the music director of the film. Priyamani, Zareena Wahab, Eswari Rao, Nanditha Das, Naveen Chandra, Rahul Ramakrishna, and others are prominent characters.
