Valmiki’s Director Speaks on Pooja Hegde’s Role!

The promo of the remix song “Yelluvachi Godaramma” from Valmiki has been released yesterday and is now trending on YouTube. The song has got a positive response and people loved it as the song reminds the original song. Pooja Hegde looks very similar to yesteryear actress Sridevi in the song. And recently, director of the movie, Harish Shankar has spoken about Pooja Hegde’s character in the film. He said that Pooja will be seen in a very important role and her presence in the second half is crucial.

"Pooja Hegde is the most important character in the second half and she will be a complete surprise. That is why I am not revealing much about her. However, her character and song are only put in because the story demands it, not for any commercial reasons. Apart from the Velluvachi Godaramma remix, the film also has four other songs, and a few action episodes," Harish said.

Valmiki stars Atharvaa Murali and Mirnalini in lead roles. The film which is slated for September 13^th has been postponed to September 20^th and there is just two days left! Mickey J Meyer has composed the music.
