Valmiki’s First single ‘Jarra Jarra’ is Out!

Valmiki team has released the first single ‘Jarra Jarra’ after teasing the audience for quite some time. Director Harish Shankar posted the video on Twitter, saying “Late ga ostunna ghaataiana song from #Valmiki”. Music director Mickey J Meyer composed the tunes for this item number while popular lyricist Bhaskarabhatla penned the lyrics. Singers Anurag Kulkarni and Uma Neha lent their vocals. The song sounds peppy with an interesting mass beat. Actress Dimple Hayathi joins Varun Tej and Atharvaa Murali to shake her leg as the visuals of the number has shown her with these two actors.

The teaser of the film which was released recently was received well by the viewers. Pooja Hedge is playing the female lead in the movie, after pairing up with Varun once in Mukunda. Helmed by Harish Shankar, Valmiki is going to be released on September 13^th. Ram Achanta and Gopichand Achanta are jointly bankrolling the film on 14 Reels Plus. Ayananka Bose is serving as a cinematographer while Chota K Prasad is the editor.

Actor Brahmaji is playing a crucial role and Mrinalini Ravi will be seen in a supporting role. Valmiki is the remake of Tamil blockbuster film Jigarthandaa, however, Harish Shankar has made some interesting changes in the script to make Telugu audience connected to the film. Varun, on the other side, hasn’t signed for any other film yet. It seems he will take some gap after Valmiki.
