Venkatesh After Lakshmi Manchu For This Director

Tharun Bhaskar has collaborated with Manchu Lakshmi, not for a movie but for a web series. The entire shoot of the series has been wrapped up, and it is all set to air soon. As per the sources, Manchu Lakshmi starrer has been made for Netflix and it is a political drama. She was also seen in a web series titled Mrs. Subbalakshmi, last year.

After this project, Tharun Bhaskar will start working on his upcoming movie, starring Venkatesh Daggubati, based on horse racing. The film is said to be set against the backdrop of Hyderabad Race Club, Malakpet.

Currently, the project is in the pre-production stage. As per the sources, Venkatesh will be seen uttering the dialogues with distinct Hyderabadi slang. The upcoming film will be bankrolled by Suresh Babu.

Venkatesh was recently seen in the film Venky Mama and is now busy with his upcoming movies, Nayana MMS, scheduled for the release on 18 May 2020, and Ata Nade Veta Nade, scheduled to release on 05 Dec 2020.
