Vijay Sethupathi Movie Release Postponed!

After watching the teaser and trailer of Vijay Sethupathi’s film ‘Sangha Tamizhan’, people are eagerly waiting to watch the film. The film has been dubbed in Telugu and titled ‘Vijay Sethupathi’. The film had to be released in Tamil and Telugu today. A special preview of Vijay Sethupathi was also held for the Telugu film journos last night in Hyderabad. But, unfortunately, the film’s release has been postponed!
The film didn’t release today in both the languages because of some financial issues at the last minute, sources said. The film in both versions will release either this evening or tomorrow with the morning shows. Though the film is delayed, makers are planning for a major release of the movie in Tamil and Telugu too. But another source said that the delay of the film is due to the loss of ‘Veeram’. Famous distributor 7G Siva is the one who bought Veeram and Bairavaa from Vijaya Productions, producers of Sanga Thamizhan. During Veeram's release, 7G Siva invested a huge amount in the film and bought the film very much earlier, thinking that the makers would get tax exemption from Tamil Nadu Government.
But the film failed to get tax exemption and it incurred a loss to Siva. While other distributors quoted 10% lesser than the actual price (due to no tax exemption), Siva was in a loss as he bought the film much earlier. Later, Vijaya Productions promised compensation during the Bairavaa release but they didn't fulfill their promise. So, people are gossiping this might be the reason behind the film’s release.
